Crawfish Omelet

Crawfish Omelet
1lb of crawfish tails pealed
10 eggs beaten
1 onion chopped
Cheddar cheese
1 stick of butter
Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning
Method
Melt butter in a skillet and add onion. Once the onion is sautéed, add crawfish, and sprinkle Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning on the crawfish. Stir onions and crawfish for a few minutes. In a mixing bowl add eggs, beat them well. Take the crawfish from skillet and pour into the mixing bowl. Stir well, Seasoning it with Blanchard’s Blend Cajun Seasoning. Pour mixture back into the skillet and cook until it the eggs firm up and are ready to flip . After you flip the omelet add cheese . Let cheese melt then remove from skillet . Eat and enjoy!!!
